Math Wizard

Reanna wanted to get a math book to practice before school started.  They did NOT have a 1st grade book, so we bought a 2nd grade book.  We did some place theory, then she saw a riddle that required adding 2 digit numbers.  Sooooo ... we did a few together.  The next thing I hear is "Papa, I can do these by myself."  So off she went, finish the math and the riddle!  Just a note, all the sums required a carry from the ones column to the tens column.  Not a problem for my Little Miss.  ---  The riddle: "Why is Yoda a good gardener?"  The answer:  "Because he has a green thumb." ;-)
